Privacy Policy
iT4TechPros ("we," "us," "our") operates Vision Bubble (the "Service"), available at visionbubble.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using Vision Bubble, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect:
- Email address
- Display name and Bubble ID (BID)
- Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never see your actual password)
- Subscription tier and billing information (handled by our payment processor; we don't store full credit card numbers)
Content you create
We store the content you put into Vision Bubble, including:
- Tasks, projects, goals, notes, schedules, contacts, and any other data you enter
- Files, images, and screenshots you upload to AI Capture
- Messages you send through the Bubble Messenger / Contact Widget
- Settings, preferences, and customizations (frames, layouts, widgets)
Connected services data
If you connect third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), we receive data from those services with your explicit permission. This may include:
- Calendar events (titles, times, attendees, descriptions)
- Email subject lines and content (only if you use email-to-task features)
We only access the minimum data needed to provide the connected feature. We never read messages, files, or data outside the scope you authorized.
Usage information
We automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages and features used within Vision Bubble
- Timestamps of activity
- Crash reports and error logs
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not work correctly without them.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure
- Process subscription payments
- Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, security alerts)
- Send you product updates and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not show ads in Vision Bubble, and we do not let advertisers target you based on your data.
3. How we share your information
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate Vision Bubble. They access only the data needed for their role and are contractually bound to protect it. Current providers include:
- Replit — application hosting and infrastructure
- SendGrid — transactional and inbound email processing
- Stripe — payment processing (if you have a paid subscription)
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI features (e.g. AI Capture image analysis, Bubble Support)
If we add or change providers materially, we will update this policy.
When you choose to share
If you share a bubble or hub with another Vision Bubble user, that user can see the shared content. If you grant a contact a privacy level (Limited, Friend, Trusted), they can see content corresponding to that level.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of iT4TechPros, our users, or the public.
Business transfers
If iT4TechPros is acquired, merged, or sells assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before that happens.
4. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Access your data — view your account and content at any time within Vision Bubble
- Export your data — request a copy by emailing us (see section 11)
- Update your information — edit your account settings directly in Vision Bubble
- Delete your account — request deletion at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email; transactional emails will continue
- Disconnect connected services — revoke access to Google, Microsoft, or other linked accounts in Settings
California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights

5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account:
- Account information and content are deleted within 30 days
- Backups containing deleted data are purged within 90 days
- Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely
We may retain certain information longer if required by law (e.g. tax records, fraud prevention).
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
- Access controls limiting employee access to your data
- Regular security reviews
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay if a data breach affecting their information occurs.
7. Children's privacy
Vision Bubble is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are 13–17, you may use Vision Bubble only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. International users
Vision Bubble is currently operated for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We do not currently offer the Service in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with stricter data protection laws. If you are in one of these jurisdictions and have created an account, please contact us.
9. Third-party links and services
Vision Bubble may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). This Privacy Policy does not cover those services. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before connecting them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through a prominent notice in Vision Bubble at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will always reflect the most recent version.
Continued use of Vision Bubble after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
