Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vision Bubble (the "Service"), operated by iT4TechPros ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vision Bubble. If you are 13–17, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the content you create. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

3. Subscription and billing

Vision Bubble offers Free and paid subscription tiers (Vision and Vision Bubble).

Paid subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect on the next renewal

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Free tier

The Free tier is provided as-is with limits described in the product (1 hub, 4 bubbles, 1 viewer). We may change these limits with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm anyone
• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the Service's operation (e.g. via attacks, automated scraping, reverse engineering)
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our permission
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Vision Bubble (tasks, notes, projects, files, messages, etc.).

By using the Service, you grant iT4TechPros a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up your content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Vision Bubble available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
• Change pricing, limits, or features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, downtime, or feature changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will notify you first)

On termination, your access ends and your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iT4TechPros and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. You and iT4TechPros consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through a prominent notice in Vision Bubble at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and iT4TechPros regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
